Step 1:

Check your eligibility by sending an SMS having your National Identity Card Number to 8500 and check your eligibility in the program.

Step 2:

Get your sehat insaf card in case you have been declared eligible. You can receive your sehat insaf card from the card distribution center developed in your particular district.
